Turing Phone, the most unconventional smartphone design in recent times is now available for reservation. It was slated to be available for pre-order starting July 31st.
According to Android Police, Turing Phone is not yet available for pre-order but users can select their color scheme and storage option and get confirmation for reservation mail.
The Turing phone doesn’t have a headphone jack, doesn’t have micro-USB port for charging but its made of Liquidmorphium which is claimed to be tougher than titanium or steel.
The Turing phone features 3GB RAM, a relatively older 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC, 5.5-inch Full HD display, 13MP rear camera and 8MP secondary camera. It has a 3000 mAh non-removable battery and is IPx8 certified. Turing phone also has a fingerprint sensor, which has been placed on device’s left side unlike Apple/Samsung’s home button idea.
The Turing phone isn’t about specs, its about security. The smartphone is end to end encrypted and features an Imitation Key that encrypts data aimed at enterprises to build their apps and transfer confidential data.
Turing phone is priced at $ 610 for 16GB, $ 740 for 64GB or $ 870 for 128GB and is slated for a September launch.Share:
